Drunk Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi couldn’t control herself during the 2020 SOTU address. At times she seem to be deranged (mumbling to herself), refused to clap and other things the Democrats do. At the end of the speech Pelosi decided to stand up and rip up the SOTU speech while the President was still present.
She was asked about on her way out and she responded the only way a drunk can.
“Because it was the courteous thing to do considering the alternatives.”
